3. In the event of a dispute arising from the use or contents of this website we, TM Airsoft, and you the user, agree to exclusively accept the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

4. Information supplied in our web pages has been prepared with care and is accurate to the best of our knowledge, this information being honest, decent and legal from the date of creation. You agree that information or material accessed or downloaded through our web pages for personal or private use is done so entirely at your own risk and that you accept responsibility for any damage to hardware or software or data loss even if we are aware of the possibilities of such damage.

5. Information supplied on our web pages is for guidance only and does not in any part form a contract and may be subject to change without notice. Reasonable effort is made to ensure we provide accurate and current information on our web pages. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, cumulative, direct or indirect losses or damages from the use or misuse or inability to use, including omissions and misrepresentations and any errors on our web pages.

Booking Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings are subject to availability. Should your first choice of date be unavailable, please contact us directly for assistance.

2. On receipt of your payment you will receive an email confirming your booking. This email will include information on how to find TM Airsoft, event start times and contact details.

3. Cancellations 14 days or more before your event date will result in a full refund of monies paid being given. Cancellations made with less than 14 days before the event date will not receive a refund, however you will have the opportunity to move their booking to a future date. Should you fail to arrive or participate on the game day, you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking without notice, at which time no refund or credit note shall be offered.

4. Cancellations or changes to your booking must be made via email info@tmairsoft.co.uk.

5. Please be as accurate as possible when making a booking with us. We recommend that you only confirm space for players who you know will be definitely participating. Additional players may be added to your booking up to the day before your event subject to availability. Any cancellations or non-shows on your game day will be dealt with in accordance with provisions elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.

6. Please be aware that until a sufficient payment is made and you receive confirmation via email you do not have a confirmed booking. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please give us an email at info@tmairsoft.co.uk.

7. Please note we are unable to accept liability for any errors resulting from data which you have entered incorrectly online.

8. Our Airsoft minimum age requirement is 12 years of age. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Players who are under our age limits on game days will not be allowed to play.

9. No cheque payments will be accepted on site. We do accept cash or credit / debit cards.

10. All players must abide by the rules and regulations specified on the player agreement form that all players must read and sign before playing. It is the responsibility of the person signing the consent form to inform us of any medical condition or dietary requirement of the person named. We will not be held responsible for any failure to disclose information that is required for the wellbeing of any player. We cannot give consent for any person with a medical condition to participate; this is the responsibility of the individual. All players must obey the directions and instructions of all TM Airsoft & Skirmish staff. We reserve the right to exclude anyone deemed to be under age, unfit to play because of physical or mental impairment, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, aggressive and or abusive or considered to be a danger to themselves or others.

11. As with all outdoor events, we cannot predict the weather and on the rare occasion your booking is cancelled by us due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control your booking will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient date up to 3 months from the date of your original booking or a refund can be requested. Unless we contact you to inform you that the site is closed due to bad weather or other circumstances beyond our control your activity session will take place. If you choose not to play when we are open, you will be deemed to have cancelled your booking without notice, and as per our cancellation policy you shall forfeit any right to a refund, credit note or the paintballs you have purchased. 12. All refund requests must be made in writing and sent email on info@tmairsoft.co.uk. All refund requests will be investigated and a decision will be made on an individual basis. All refunds and credit notes will be limited to a maximum amount equal to what you have paid us. No claims for additional costs or inconvenience will be considered. If you are offered an alternative date, event or product and you accept, no additional refund or compensation will be considered.

13. Organiser discounts & incentives can only be applied at the time of booking and are dependent on the number of participants that play on the day. If at any time after your booking the size of your group is reduced your discount/incentives will be re-assessed. If the size of your group is smaller than the minimum requirement on the day you play, we will require the minimum spend above in order to run the event; if you are unwilling or unable to pay this amount we will ask you to move the booking to another day. If you have arranged a private party and on the day your group size is smaller than the minimum requirement, the full fee agreed for a private party will be required, otherwise you shall forfeit your private party status.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS

Gift vouchers can be redeemed against the service specified on the gift voucher only.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card.
Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
TM Airsoft reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift voucher. The gift voucher remains our property.
TM Airsoft can vary or replace these conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees).
